Introducing!
It appears i am into minecraft again and want to work on the next modpack. With a lot of mods for 1.10.2 out i think this will be the next version to work with. Most all mods I enjoy are available and there are a lot of new ones as well! I would like to note that some mods have been renamed due to a new person taking over the project but some functions are pretty much the same! I am in the process of relearning some of the old mods since they added new functions to them! Here is a list of mods i am currently working on and watch to showcase in the pack! Most mods have been used many times in the past but these are either new or updated to the point they are almost new!
Extra Utilites
While most stuff from the mod is still there they changed some of the mechanics. One thing they changed was how machines work. Something to do with GP aka Grid Power. I figured the basics but unsure how to make things usefull to the point of automation.
TAIGA
I think this tinkers addon was around in 1.7.10 but i never had it installed but decided to add it cause of the new ores and mixtures you can do. I love mixing ores in tinkers! The only problem i have is finding the proper ores for the higher tiers. I am stuck right now in leveling but thing i figured it out. Gonna have to make a cheat sheet for yall just in case cause i hate for anyone else to be just as confused as i was!
Advanced Genetics
While i think it will be the same as 1.7.10 I still got to test it to see if everything is ported over and works the way i remember it. Also I gotta make sure most genes you have to learn can be later learned in a sky block form in the future.
Natura
Not a lot to this mod to the point of relearning anything but one thing that is not working is the redwood trees! I think they are not implemented yet from the port but the saplings are there. I find it weird you can turn them on in the config for generating into the world but i traveled thousands of blocks and yet to find one and i matched the spawn rate based on Sakura trees and i see sakura everywhere! I even tried growing one in both a 7×7 form and 9×9 form and waited for over 8 hours and no tree! I really hope it gets fixed soon but at least the other trees are these for decorative purposes.
Railcraft and Immersive Engineering
Both mods seem to work together due to the fact they share certain items such as steel and coke coal. While making steel is not a problem it’s making coke coal cause it seems to take longer to process but I sorta can see why because of the machines you can create with creosote oil as part of the process.
Silent Gems
A new mod i discovered which as you guessed it adds gems to the wold gen. It seems to be well balanced since i do recall some gems needing a higher level tier of pickaxe to obtain so that is good. Also these are a great alternative for in between metals or just to use in general!
Super Stick Sword
A fun mod where you compress sticks like you do with cobble! Once you have at least 2 octuple compressed sticks you make a sword layout in your crafting table to make the Super Stick Sword! Very OP! Great mod to use as an special achievement!
PPAP
You got it PPAP the song you love and hate is now a mod! You create an pen and put an apple on it to make the apple pen. Then you create another pen and put a pineapple on it for the pineapple pen. The last stage is easy where you just put the Apple Pen and the Pineaable Pen together to create the PPAP! While creating the PPAP is just for LOLS you can do more! You can even make a sword out of the PPAP and you can also create armor where if you make the whole set you look like the dude from the music video! To top it off you can create a music disc that plays the song! The perfect troll mod for anymodpack and it will be in this pack!
