Guild Wars update – Monk finished but not really?

I finished the story line with my monk recently but somehow she is not complete? I am missing the mission that gives me 15 attribute points! funny thing is I recall doing it and finishing it! why am I not getting my points? I have been backing up and started doing all the quests I did not do! then I might find that piece of the puzzle I missed? wish me luck!
